With nearly 15 years of experience in empowering marginalized communities and fostering the growth of developing organizations, Mr. Naseer has established himself as a transformative leader in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Executive Director at ICAN, he brings a wealth of expertise in strategic program development, organizational leadership, and capacity building. His commitment to social change is matched by his ability to lead with vision and purpose, driving impactful programs that uplift vulnerable populations and create sustainable solutions. Rev. Amanat Sahotra

We are honored to welcome Bishop Amanat Sahotra to our board. His Excellency Bishop brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and ethical leadership rooted in years of dedication to community service and spiritual guidance. As a leader within the church, he has developed deep insight into the needs and challenges faced by diverse communities and has a longstanding commitment to fostering social responsibility and integrity.

A qualified master trainer in program and project management, social mobilization, and climate strategies, Mr. Ashir Javed brings a strategic mindset, excellent research and analytical skills, and a passion for innovation to every project. Committed to advancing youth-driven and Education Projects. Miss. Sumbal combines strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach to deliver impactful, sustainable outcomes.

Mr. Kashif John

Mr. Kashif John is a dedicated volunteer with 15+ years of experience serving in church organizations, and community development. Leveraging a deep understanding of community needs, he has played a key role in volunteer-driven programs focused on empowerment, education, and holistic support. He has contributed to programs that uplift communities

Ms. Sumbal Amjad

Ms. Saima William

Saima William is a development expert with over 15 years of experience in climate action, solid waste management, renewable energy, and advocacy. She currently leads CPDI's Climate Action program, focusing on local government involvement and climate financial instruments. Previously, she was the Thematic Lead for Climate Action at Pak Mission Society. Saima holds a master’s in psychology and has received international training in climate policy and environmental management.

Mr. Nadeem Micheal (Educationist)

With over 30 years of experience in education, he has held various roles, including teacher, trainer, and Principal of St. Francis Boys High School, Rawalpindi. He holds double Master’s degrees in Education and has contributed to multiple NGOs and the National Catholic Education Commission. His expertise includes effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership, with notable achievements in authoring educational resources and leading teacher training initiatives.

Mr. Danish Gill (D.E.O)

Danish Azeem Gill is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education management, literacy promotion, and project development. With an MS in Project Management, he excels in planning, resource allocation, and leading large-scale initiatives to uplift communities. Recognized for his impactful contributions, Danish is committed to fostering education and organizational success through strategic leadership and innovative solutions.
