Youth Development Programme

Enlightened Education Initiative Pakistan (EEIP) is committed to uplifting marginalized Christian communities by delivering quality education to over 200 students since 2020. In addition to formal education, EEIP has provided vocational training to 25 Christian youth, facilitated job opportunities for 65 young Christian men in the government sector, and actively promoted gender equity in education. The organization also supports children's health and well-being through the weekly distribution of food and fresh fruits at J&M Community School and has distributed used clothing to 25 families with dignity and compassion. Through these holistic efforts, EEIP continues to foster inclusive, resilient, and sustainable learning environments for underserved Christian communities.

Vocational Training & Employment

A total of 50 youth, including 15 females and 35 males, were provided with skilled computer training. The program covered database design, data entry, MS Office applications, effective use of social media, and overall professional development.

As a result of this initiative, 20 participants secured employment opportunities, of whom 5 are females and 15 are males. These individuals are now contributing to the financial support of their families and improving their livelihoods.

Ms. Sundas Bashir – Employment through Skills Development

Ms. Sundas Bashir, who has completed her intermediate (F.A), enrolled in a three-month professional computer training program aimed at enhancing employability skills among youth. The training equipped her with practical knowledge in computer applications and professional workplace competencies, providing her with valuable learning and development opportunities.

Upon successful completion of the program, Ms. Sundas Bashir applied her acquired skills and secured employment at a private institute as a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist. Her achievement highlights the effectiveness of vocational and skills-based training in improving job readiness and enabling young individuals to access sustainable employment opportunities.

Mr. Ali Malik – Employment through Skills Development

Mr. Ali Malik, who has completed his intermediate (F.A), enrolled in a three-month professional computer training program aimed at enhancing employability skills among youth. The training equipped her with practical knowledge in computer applications and professional workplace competencies, providing her with valuable learning and development opportunities.

Upon successful completion of the program, Mr. Ali applied hisacquired skills and secured employment at a PAF Hospital Islamabad as a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist. Her achievement highlights the effectiveness of vocational and skills-based training in improving job readiness and enabling young individuals to access sustainable employment opportunities.

Mr. Shuja Awan – From Training to Entrepreneurship

Mr. Shuja Awan, who has completed his Bechelor (B.A), enrolled in a three-month professional computer training program aimed at enhancing employability skills among youth. The training focused on computer applications, including web development and designing, along with essential workplace competencies, providing him with valuable learning and development opportunities.

Upon successful completion of the program, Mr. Shuja Awan effectively utilized his acquired computer skills to establish a small business setup in Islamabad. He is currently offering services in Printing, Branding, web development, designing, and other computer-related solutions.

His achievement highlights the effectiveness of vocational and skills-based training in improving job readiness, fostering entrepreneurship, and enabling young individuals to create sustainable livelihood opportunities for themselves and others.

Mr. Faraz Khan – Employment through Computer Skills

Mr. Faraz Khan, who has completed his intermediate (F.A), enrolled in a three-month professional computer training program aimed at enhancing employability skills among youth. The training equipped her with practical knowledge in computer applications and professional workplace competencies, providing her with valuable learning and development opportunities.

Ms. Rovanika Akram –Employment through Computer Skills 

Ms. Rovainka Akram, who has completed her Matriculation, enrolled in a three-month professional computer training program aimed at enhancing employability skills among youth. The training equipped her with practical knowledge in computer applications and professional workplace competencies, providing her with valuable learning and development opportunities.

Upon successful completion of the program, Ms. Rovainka Akram applied her acquired skills and secured employment at a Khaddi as a Front Desk Officer. Her achievement highlights the effectiveness of vocational and skills-based training in improving job readiness and enabling young individuals to access sustainable employment opportunities.

Ms. Hasnat  –Employment through Computer Skills 

Ms. Hasnat, who has completed her Matriculation, enrolled in a three-month professional computer training program aimed at enhancing employability skills among youth. The training equipped her with practical knowledge in computer applications and professional workplace competencies, providing her with valuable learning and development opportunities.

Upon successful completion of the program, Ms. Hasnat applied her acquired skills and secured employment at a Loreal outlet as a Front Desk Officer.
